* What information is being collected?
The Haven Dog Centre LTD will be collecting the following information from you:-
Name, Address including postcode Email address Telephone Number Pet Name and Date of Birth, relevant case history. Photos and videos of dog with permission
* How is it collected?
Information is provided to The Haven Dog Centre LTD via completion of our Client form, and for behaviour cases, a veterinary referral form for the initial consultation required for all clients. Via email, phone, Messenger, Facebook, Paypal, and our website.
* Why is it being collected?
This information is needed in order to provide you with dog training or behavioural services and will be used in order to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us. Information will only be used for marketing if you have expressly consented for me to do so. Please refer to our terms and conditions on your client form. We also use this information to amend or discuss appointments with you, to issue invoices, to update social media sites and website with photos and videos, and for internal record keeping.
* Who will it be shared with?
Your information will never knowingly be passed onto other third parties unless referred to a behaviourist, Veterinary Surgeon, Veterinary Physiotherapist, Canine Nutritionist, or other relevant canine therapists which will help your dog’s training or behaviour. Also for the purpose of the administration of your account and will be limited to Paypal/Paypal Here, and when required to do so by the law and by HM Revenue & Customs, DBParish Accountants for accounts and tax purposes.
* What will we do with your information?
We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Information that you have consented to used for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information. All hard copies are kept securely whilst using our services. Any electronic information is held securely on a password protected computer and stored in the cloud or on a password protected mobile phone.
From time to time we may want to contact you regarding new services being offered or events that may be of interest to you. If you would like to be removed from receiving such information please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating you would like to be removed from receiving any information on services.
